His work centers on where AI expands human potential — unlocking new forms of work, ownership, and enterprise.

markets, capital formation, and institutional growth. Across his career, he has worked with
founders, family offices, and investment platforms on scaling businesses, structuring capital,
and aligning long-term incentives. Brandon brings deep experience in financial strategy,
incentive alignment, and institutional structuring to building Exponential’s holdco platform.

Thomas Dolan is the head of platform operations at Exponential Capital. He was the chief of staff and first employee at the Enhanced Games (NYSE:ENHA). He began his career as an analyst and member of the founding team at OpenVC (backed by the New York Stock Exchange), building indices and investment solutions for late-stage venture and growth markets.

Omer Matitya MBA is a lawyer and accountant who spent his career at the intersection of law, finance, and deal execution. He advised companies on M&A, business restructuring, and international expansion at PwC and Herzog, Fox & Neeman, and earlier worked valuation and business restructuring at a national tax authority. Before that he served three years as a staff sergeant in the army, awarded a personal citation for leadership under fire. Chicago Booth MBA, with recent stints as a financial analyst at Wexford Capital Partners and an MBA venture fellow at The Collectiv.

He holds an undergraduate degree from the University de Los Andes, a Masters Degree from the Georgia Insititute of Technology, and an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business. He sits on the board of Merco, and was previously the VP of Research at Cengage, and Chief Strategy, Data and Finance Officer at DREAM.

Akshay Kiran is the CEO of AUM Holdings, Exponential’s asset management HoldCo. Akshay was previously the Investment Director at a Singaporean single family office, where he oversaw the alternatives book since 2019: strategic asset allocation, portfolio construction, manager selection, and direct and co-investment execution across the US, Western Europe and Southeast Asia. Before that he co-founded Pensive Ibis, a Singapore investment banking and project advisory boutique in energy and infrastructure, advising on over $4bn of transactions at enterprise values of $50m to $400m, and was Director of Merchant Banking at EICM, a multi-family office, where he structured and launched technology and real-asset funds and ran fundraising and syndication for direct deals. Earlier at Barclays Capital and Nomura. Oxford MBA (Distinction, Saïd Business School).
