Each TopCo starts capital-owned. Operators earn into it on performance — time-based and milestone-based, on the vesting schedule Invisible proved. 25% to the CEO, 25% to the team, at $1B EV. Cash comp is market-rate; the majority of your compensation is earned as equity, so your net worth builds inside the company you’re leading.
